Candidate Forum Scheduled - TCLA will present a Candidate Forum with the two frontrunner candidates for Portland’s Mayoral race on Thursday, April 24, 2008. The event will take place in Portland (location TBA) from 9:00 -10:30 a.m. This is a chance for the hospitality industry members to meet the candidates and talk specifically about issues affecting the lodging, restaurant and tourism industry. A short Q & A session will follow the forum. Supporting partners include: Oregon Lodging Association, Oregon Restaurant Association and AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Owners Association). Golf Tournament Set for Stone Creek - The annual OLA/TCLA golf tournament will be held May 14 in Oregon City. All proceeds will benefit industry public affairs programs.
